medium walk
Walk past the cottages along one of the regenerating rainforest gullies up to the front fence, through fruit and bush tucker orchards on the other side of the property. See the beautiful water lillies in the dam, and check out the views of the Border Ranges. You will be self-guided by yellow ties around trees which mark out this route. Approx 30 mins.
MOST STRENUOUS
Rick would love to take you for a walk to see the regenerating rainforest area and creek. As this is a steep walk (we are still working on developing paths and steps), you will need a reasonable level of fitness: 1-2 hours min. Just let us know before or after your arrival, if you are interested in this free option.
Walk up the road to see Wallabies early morning or on dusk, and to watch the sunset over the ranges in the afternoon.
- Turn right on Homeleigh Road to take in the vista of surrounding farmlands.
- or - - Turn left at the driveway and head up Sargents Road along the ridge line (approximately 500 metres) for stunning views of the surrounding ranges.
